Charaideo Judiciary Grade III and Grade IV possts

The District and Sessions Judge, Charaideo has released a circular regarding the recruitment of 14 Grade-III and Grade-IV posts comprising Driver, Peon, Chowkidar and Sweeper under the establishment of the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Charaideo.

Interested candidates having the requisite qualification and Eligibility criteria as mentioned below may apply.

CHARAIDEO JUDICIARY RECRUITMENT 2021

1. Peon

Total posts: 11 (UR-6, MOBC/OBC-2, EWS-1, STP-1, SC-1)

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 to 37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed; those who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.

2. Driver

Total post: 1 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 to 49,000/- + GP Rs. 5,200/-

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed. Candidates must hold a valid license to drive LMV/ four-wheeler vehicles for not less than five years.

3. Chowkidar

Total post: 1 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 to 37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed; those who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.

4. Sweeper

Total post: 1 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 to 37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed; those who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.

Other criteria:

Age limit: 18 to 40 years as on 01-01-2021. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST will be 45 years and 43 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.

How to apply: 

1. Candidates fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria may submit their applications in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX and fill all the fields in Block Letters using Black/ Blue ball pen only.

2. Paste one recent passport size colour photograph in the specified box

3. Put applicant's signature in the specified place.

4. The filled up "Application Form" along with Age Certificate, Educational qualification certificate, Caste certificate, Employment registration certificate, forwarding documents in case of applying through proper channel, Driving License (in case of applying for the post of Driver), Experience certificate or any other documents must be scanned in one file (PDF format) and send it by post to the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Charaideo, Pin Code-785690 or may be dropped in the "Drop Box for applications"  kept in the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Charaideo or through e-mail to recruitment.djcharaideo@gmail.com. The documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the candidates himself/ herself.

5. Applicants who send their application in PDF format are advised to keep the original copy of his/her “Application Form’ with them for future reference. Candidates have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, caste certificate, driving license (in case of applying for Driver post) working experience if applicable etc. at subsequent stages as and when asked for.
