The Director of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has released the notification for Assam SCERT D.El.Ed. Admission 2021 (2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education) for the session 2021-23. Interested candidates who wants to pursue career in teaching field should mandatorily complete this course. SCERT, Assam D.El.Ed. Admission Notification 2021

Name of the course: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

Duration of the course: 2 years

Academic session: 2021-23

Educational Institutes: NCTE recognized Teacher Education Institutes (DIET/ CTE/ Normal School/ BTC/ Pvt. TEIs) of the state.

Eligibility criteria for Assam SCERT D.El.Ed. Admission 2021

Qualification: Higher Secondary (+2) pass or its equivalent examination from recognized Boards/ Councils with at least 50% (45% for SC/ STP/ STH) marks in aggregate excluding marks secured in extra optional.

Age: 18 to 34 years as on 01-07-2021. Upper age relaxation of 2 years for SC/ STP/ STH candidates.

Reservation: Reservation of seats for the candidates belonging to reserved categories including OBC/ MOBC/ SC/ STP/ STH/ Person With Disability (PWD) will be as per existing Govt. norms.

Citizenship: Indian Citizens who are permanent residents of Assam.

Application fee for Assam SCERT D.El.Ed. Admission 2021

Rs. 400.00 (Rupees Four Hundred only) as application fee for all categories to be paid online. Fee may be paid through Internet Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Wallet.

Assam SCERT D.El.Ed. Admit card download 2021 

Candidates will be able to download his/ her Admit Card from the website https://scert.assam.gov.in/ from 21-06-2021 by entering his/ her Application Number and Date of Birth which will be generated during online submission of application.

Pre Entry Test (PET) centers for Assam SCERT D.El.Ed. 2021 

The venue for the Pre Entry Test (PET) will be DIET of a District. However, depending upon the number of candidates the Pre Entry Test may be held in nearby TEI/ school /college etc. The venue for the Pre Entry Test will be indicated in the Admit Card of the candidates.
