Assam Gramin Vikash Prashikshan Trust (AGVPT) has recently published an advertisement for recruitment of  Directors, Faculty members, Office Assistants and  Attendants for its Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) under AGVPT spread over the state of Assam on contractual basis.

AGVPT Recruitment 2021

1. Director 

Total post: 5

Salary: Rs.30,000.00 p.m.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate. Shall be a retired Officer of Commercial Bank / RRB of Grade not less than Scale-IV, with considerable exposure in Rural Banking. The candidate must have excellent Communication Skills, Managerial Skills and proficient in English and Assamese. Shall have flair for teaching and should possess sound computer knowledge.

Age: Maximum 62 years as on 01-04-2021

2. Faculty 

Total post: 5

Salary: Rs.20,000.00 p.m

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate. Excellent communication skills in local language essential, fluency in Assamese & English will be an added advantage. Shall have flair for teaching and should possess sound computer knowledge, skill in typing in local language essential. Typing skill in Assamese & English will be an added advantage. Previous experience as Faculty preferable.

Age: 22-40 years as on 01-04-2021

3. Office Assistant 

Total post: 5

Salary: Rs.12,000.00 p.m

Qualification: Graduate. Shall be fluent in speaking and writing local language, fluency in English will be an added advantage. Knowledge in basic accounting will be a preferred qualification. Applicants shall be proficient in M.S Office (Word and Excel), Tally and Internet. Skills in typing in local language is essential, typing skill in English will be an added advantage.

Age: 22-40 years as on 01-04-2021

4. Attendant

Total post: 4

Salary: Rs.8,000.00 p.m

Qualification: Minimum read up to VIII standard. Ability to read and write the local language will be preferred.

Age: 22-40 years as on 01-04-2021

Selection procedure of AGVB recruitment 2021

The selection will be made on the basis of: 

I. Personal interview, demonstration/presentation for the post of Director and Faculty 

II. Personal interview for the post of Assistant and Attendant 

** The Bank may also conduct a Computer proficiency test for Faculty and Office Assistant post to assess their Computer capabilities.

Interested and eligible candidates should apply in the application format. The application should be accompanied by self attested copies of under mentioned certificates:

• Secondary School Certificate / School leaving certificate or any other documentary proof of age.
• Mark sheets (year wise) showing specifically the subject studied and certificates in respect of educational qualification viz. HSLC, HSC, Graduate / post graduate Degree etc.
• Experience certificates specifying designation, job profiles, period of service (with specific dates, emoluments, activity profile of previous and present employers etc. 
• A recent photograph should be pasted on the application with signature across it.
