AHSEC HS Final Betterment Examination 2021

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has issued a notification regarding holding of AHSEC Special HS Final Examination 2021 for students who are not satisfied with the marks awarded in the recently announced HS Final results 2021 through an alternative mode of evaluation.

The details regarding how to apply for AHSEC Special HS Final Examination 2021, Betterment, Repeat, certain subjects, compartmental are given below.

Name of the examination: Special HS Final Examination 2021

Who can apply: 

• Candidates belonging to all categories such as Regular, Reappearance, Betterment, Repeat, Certain Subjects, Compartmental, etc.
• Candidates who had applied online for the cancelled HS Final Examination with their pursued subjects.

How to apply: Candidates willing to appear in the AHSEC Special HS Final Examination 2021 or AHSEC Betterment Examination 2021 should contact their respective colleges/ schools/ institutions for formalities and the institutions will apply through online mode on behalf of the students.

Important points to note:

1. The marks in practical subjects to remain the same as in the previous marksheets as there will be no practical examination separately in the Special Examination.

2. No alteration of subjects other than the subjects applied for the cancelled HS Final Examination to be allowed.

3. Marksheets of the Special Examination to be issued after proper evaluation and thus the previous marksheets of the record based evaluation will stand cancelled.

4. The original marksheets must be submitted to the In-charge of the candidates' Examination Centre Concerned to obtain the Admit card before the commencement of the Special Examination.

5. The Examination schedule will be notified later on.
