Polytechnic Admission Test Assam 2021 notification

Director of Technical Education, Assam has published the notification for Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT), 2021 for admission into Diploma Courses in the State Government Polytechnics of Assam and Polytechnics outside Assam (against seat allotted by Govt. of India and Assam Energy Institute, Sibsagar) for the session 2021-22.

Interested candidates who are permanent residents of Assam can apply online through the link given below at the end of this article.

Name of the test: Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT), 2021

Entry qualification: HSLC pass with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects with

*40% average marks in Mathematics & Science for General candidates

*35%  average marks in Mathematics & Science for SC candidates

*33%  average marks in Mathematics & Science for ST candidates

Maximum Age limit:

• 20 Years and 6 months as on 31-12-2021 for General and OBC candidates
• 23 Years and 6 months as on 31-12-2021 for SC and ST candidates
• 20 Years and 6 months as on 31-12-2021 for institutions outside Assam (against Govt. of India allotted seats)

Application fee: Rs. 500/-

Important dates:

• Online form submission starts: 20-05-2021
• Online form submission closes: 30-06-2021
• Downloading of admit card: 16th to 20th July, 2021
• Admission test: 25-07-2021
