Labour Commissioner, Assam recruitment 2021 for Driver posts: Walk-in-interview

The Labour Commissioner, Assam has published  a notification for recruitment of Driver posts  purely on contractual basis for a period of 11 months. The details are given below:

Name of the post: Driver

Total post: 3 (1 No. each for Guwahati (HQ), Golaghat and Silchar)

Pay: Rs. 12,000.00 PM (fixed)

Contractual/Regular post: Contractual for 11 months

Age: 18 to 38 years as on 1st January 2021

Mode of recruitment: Walk in interview

Date of walk-in-Interview: 24.01.2021 from 10 AM onwards 

Venue of interview: Office of the Assam Tea Employees Welfare Board, Ganeshguri, Amritpur, Near Dispur Poly Clinic, Guwahati-6 

How to apply: Applicants should fill up the Standard form accompanied by the photocopy of the following documents with self attestation and present on the day of the interview

The intending candidate must also carry the following valid documents in original:

 

1. Driving License issued by the competent authority Govt. of Assam. 

2. Age Proof Certificate. 

3. Citizenship Proof (Voter ID or Aadhar). 

4. Recent vision Certificate from Government Doctor. 

5. Class VIII passed Certificate. 

6. Recent Passport size Photograph (Two Nos.). 

7. Duly filled standard application form along with copy of the above documents self-attested.

Note: The candidates will have to appear for written test. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for driving skill test on the same date.
