WPT&BC, Assam coaching programme for Medical and Engineering entrance test 2021-22

The Directorate of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes has published a notification inviting applications through online mode for undergoing Crash Coaching Program for the ST and OBC students for State and National Level Engineering and Medical Entrance Examination(CEE, IIT-JEE & NEET) at 10 Districts of Assam (Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Sivsagar, Jorhat, Biswanath Chariali, Lakhimpur, Dhemaji, Darrang, Nalbari & Hojai). The details are given below:

Name of the coaching: Crash Coaching Program for State and National Level Engineering and Medical Entrance Examination(CEE, IIT-JEE & NEET) 

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must be a permanent inhabitant of Assam and must belong to Schedule Tribe (ST) or Other Backward Classes (OBC) 

Qualification: 

a) Candidate must have passed/ appeared 10 + 2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English.

b) Cut off mark for 10 + 2 pass student is 40% for ST and 50% for OBC. 

Documents Required: 

a) HSLC/HS admit card/ pass certificate 

b) Permanent residence certificate and caste certificate 

c) CEE/ IIT-JEE/ NEET applying acknowledgement receipt. 

Intake Capacity: 80 students per location (A selection test might be conducted in case of higher number of applicants)
