Cotton University has published a notification regarding holding of its first convocation after becoming a full fledged university for the students of Cotton University students including Undergraduate, Postgraduate & Diploma courses from 2017, 2018 and 2019 batches in the first or second week of March, 2021. 

According to the notification, the convocation will not be held physically but through virtual mode.

The students who wants to register for convocation should fill up the requisite online form and make online submission along with a scanned copy of recent passport size colored photograph, signature and a copy of the Final End Semester Marksheet.

All registered students shall be able to collect the convocation awards including their certificates from the office of the Registrar on the date and time fixed by the University, which will be duly notified.

Access shall be provided to the convocation ceremony through Cotton University website and other social media platforms such as FB Live/ Youtube. The University wishes to award the gold medals to the respective students from each batch in the offline mode on the date of convocation.

Convocation fee: Rs. 2000/- . However, the fee will be Rs. 3000/- for those students who wish to apply for the award of degrees/diploma in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses together.

Eligibility: Undergraduate, Postgraduate & Diploma courses from 2017, 2018 and 2019
