Education department, Assam toll free tele education helpline 2020

The Education Department (Elementary and Secondary), Govt. of Assam has launched a toll free tele education helpline no. 18003453578 for the students studying in Class IV (four) to X (ten) of Government or provincialized schools to communicate directly with the subject experts for clarification of academic doubts related to their subjects or curriculum. 

The helpline shall also provide services like guidance and counselling relating to mental health and psychological conditions of  students, teachers and guardians in these trying times.

The toll free helpline will be available from 04-11-2020 and on all working days.

The schedule is given below:

Class VI to VIII (10 AM TO 12 PM) & for IX and X (1PM to 3 PM):

Monday: English

Tuesday: Social Science

Wednesday: Science

Thursday: Social Science (Science for Class IX and X)

Friday: Guidance and counselling on psycho-social issues (10 AM to 12 PM)

Saturday: Language (Assamese & Hindi)
