Govt. Model College, Kaziranga, Golaghat Recruitment 2020 for non-teaching posts

Govt. Model College, Kaziranga, Golaghat has published an employment notification for recruitment to the following non teaching Grade-III and Grade-IV posts:

1. Name of the post: Library Assistant

Total post: 1 (UR)

Qualification: Bachelor degree from a recognised University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government and must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer.

2. Name of the post: Junior Assistant

Total post: 3 (UR-2, OBC/ MOBC-1)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government and must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer.

3. Name of the post: Library Bearer

Total post: 1 (UR-1) 

Qualification: H.S.L.C, Passed 

4. Name of the post: Grade-IV

Total post: 4 (UR-2, OBC/MOBC-1 and STP-1)

Qualification: H.S.L.C, Passed 

5. Name of the post: Chowkidar

Total post: 2  (UR-1, OBC/MOBC-1) 

Qualification: H.S.L.C, Passed 

Age limit: Not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2020 with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PwD and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates. 

Pay scale: 

• Library Assistant: 14000- 49000, AGP 5600 with other allowances as per rule and as admissible from time to time. 
• Junior Assistant: 14000-49000, AGP 5600 with other allowances as per rule and as admissible from time to time. 
• Library Bearer: 12000-37500, AGP 4400 with other allowances as per rule and as admissible from time to time.
• Grade-IV – 12000-37500, AGP 3900 with other allowances as per rule and as admissible from time to time.
• Chowkidar- 12000-37500, AGP 3900 with other allowances as per rule and as admissible from time to time. 

Place of posting: Model Degree College, Kaziranga, Golaghat

Note: The candidates must have Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must know local language. In service candidates have to apply through proper channel with NOC from the appointing authority/ employer. Without NOC, the applications are liable to be rejected.
