Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has released an employment notification inviting online applications from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager).

Name of the post: Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager)

The stream-wise vacancy details are given below: 

1. General 

Total posts: 80 

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelors’ Degree in Law, Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA/CFA/CS / Cost Accountant. 

2. Legal 

Total posts: 34 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. 

3. Information Technology 

Total posts: 22 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics And Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science) OR Masters in Computer Application OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computer/ Information Technology. 

4. Engineering (Civil) 

Total posts: 1 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 

5. Engineering (Electrical) 

Total posts: 4 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 

6. Research 

Total posts: 5 

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Statistics / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) / Econometrics from a recognized University / Institute. 

7. Official Language 

Total posts: 1 

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit / English / Economics / Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level from a recognized University / Institute. 

Pay Scale: Rs. 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 (17 years). 

Age as on 29-02-2020: Not more than 30 years i.e., candidate must have been born on or after March 01, 1990. The upper age limit  relaxation will be as per norms

Mode of Selection: Mode of selection shall be a three-stage process i.e. Phase I (on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each), Phase II (on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and Phase III (Interview).

• UR/ OBC/ EWSs: Rs. 1000/- 
• SC/ ST/ PwBD: Rs. 100/-
