2. B.Sc . with 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Application with 60% marks + 1 year working experience from reputed Institution or organization OR

3. Diploma from Polytechnic in Computer Science or Engineering or Electronics and Communication with 60% marks + 2 year working experience from reputed Institution or organization 

4. Knowledge of Assamese language
