Applications are invited from intending candidates in Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part IX for filling up the following post in the establishment of District Legal Services Authority, Chirang at Kajalgaon.

Name of the Post: L.D. Assistant

Total Post: 1 (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs. 14000- 49000+ grade Pay of Rs.5600 per month plus other allowance as admissible as per rules

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from any Govt. /recognized institute and Six months Pass Certificate in Computer Operation

Terms and conditions:

1. Candidates must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to B of the constitution of India, ordinary resident of Assam.

2. The candidates must have valid Employment Registration No. and the registration number along with the dates must be mentioned in their application.

3. Candidate should be well versed in state Official Language

.

4. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel. 

5.Age: (a) A candidate must not be less than 1g years or not more than 43 years as 0n 01-01-2019. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per rule. 

(b) in case of persons with disabilities the upper age limit is applicable as per Govt. OM. No. ABp 1441951121-A dated 28/10/2015. 

6. Application fee: Nil (As per Notification No. FEG 32l2ot6l12 Dtd. 21l0S/2018. 

7. The application must be accompanied by the following:- (a) self-attested copies of all certificate/ mark sheets of educational and other qualification, age, caste along with other testimonials including valid employment Registration Card.

(b) Affix a copy of recent serf attested passport size photograph in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photographs should be attached along with the application.

(c) Candidates should mention phone number and email ID respectively in the application form 

8. Self-addressed addressed envelope (size 22cm x l0cm) affixing Postal stamp of Rs.5/ only should be attached with the application. 

9. The application should reach the office of the undersigned positively on or before 30-09-2019, by hand or General post. No application will be entertained after the scheduled date. Authority is not responsible for any postal delay. 

10. The incomplete applications and the applications submitted after the scheduled date will not be accepted.
