Assam Tea Employees Welfare Board invites application for filling up the following position in the Board H. Q. by direct recruitment on contractual basis.

1. Project Manager
Total Post: 1
Qualification: MBA with at least 55% marks
Minimum Experience required: 2-3 years
Pay: Rs.30,000/- pm(Fixed)

2. Accounts Manager
Total Post: 1
Qualification: M.Com with at least 55% marks and 6 month diploma in Computer Application
Minimum Experience required: 2-3 years
Pay: Rs.30,000/- pm(Fixed)

*The candidate acquainted with the functioning of Government Office will be preferred.

General Informations:

2. Application in standard prescribed format with education/experience certificates, phone numbers, email ID should reach the Office of the Welfare Commissioner, Assam Tea Employees Welfare Board, Ganeshguri, Guwahati-6 before 3 pm on 13th March, 2019.

3. Shortlisted candidate will be communicated through SMS and email. Selection procedure will be intimated to shortlisted candidates. No individual invitation letter will be issued. No request for postponement of interview/test will be entertained.

4. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the interview.

5. Incomplete application or application received after the last date will be summarily rejected. Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria will not confer any right to be called for interview.

6. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.

7. Candidate already employed in any Government organisation/department should apply through proper channel. However, they may send an advance copy for information. If they are called for test/interview, they shall have to submit “No Objection Certificate” from the employer, if application is not routed through proper channel.

8. The selected candidate will be engaged initially for a period of 1 year which may be extendable for a further period based on their performance.

9. Remuneration, other terms and conditions and rules and regulations applicable to the selected candidate will be decided by the Competent Authority and shall be binding on all concerned.

10. During the course of employment, the employee may have to travel to the places of duty as assigned and may have to work anywhere in the State.

11. Assam Tea Employees Welfare Board reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof Decision of the authorities regarding suitability of candidate will be final.
