The Director, Town & Country Planning, Assam has published the result of the Screening Test held on 03-02-2019 for the post of Junior Assistant (H.Q.) under the Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Assam.

The candidates bearing the following Roll Nos. are selected for appearing in the next level of written exam and computer typing test.

The select list is also uploaded in the official website i.e. www.tcp.assam.gov.in.

The written exam and computer typing test will be held on 17-02-2019 (Sunday) in the office of the Director, Town & Country Planning, Assam.

The selected candidates are requested to report at the Office of the undersigned at 9.00 am on 17-02-2019 with all original documents/certificates for verification. Candidates have to produce all the documents/certificates listed below in original for verification, failing which will lead to cancellation of his/ her candidature for appearing in the next level of written exam & computer typing test.

1. Pass certificates from HSLC onwards

2. Marksheets from HSLC onwards

3. Age proof certificate

4. Caste certificate (for reserved category)

5. Computer Diploma/certificate (minimum 6 months duration course)

The candidates are requested to bring a colour print copy of Admit Card of Screening Test. No separate Admit Card for next level of written exam and computer typing test will be issued.

Syllabus of the Written Test: Comprehension, précis writing, translation, letter drafting in English & Assamese etc.

The computer typing test will be conducted to determine the candidate’s typing skills in both Assamese and English and his/ her working skills in MS Office. No T.A/D.A. will be provided for attending the written exam & computer typing test.
