Online applications are invited from intending eligible Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for 65 (Sixty- Five) Grade-IV, sanctioned posts of Government of Assam, in various districts of Assam, under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam.

Name of the Post: Grade-IV

Total Post: 65 [UR-31, STP-7, STH-3, SC-5, OBC/MOBC-17, PH-2, Women- 19 (including all categories)]

Educational Qualification: Class VIII (8) pass certificate from the Head Master of an Educational Institution in Assam.

Salary: Rs. 12,000- 37,500 + GP Rs. 3,900/-

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 44 years as on 01-01-2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST (P), and ST (H), 3years for OBC and 10 years for differently abled candidates.

Selection Procedure: OMR based written test.

• HSLC certificate/Class VIII pass certificate from Head Master of school in Assam.
• Caste Certificate (where applicable) from competent authority.
• Permanent Residential Certificate of Assam or Domicile Certificate from competent authority.
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
