NOTICE: ITI ADMISSION- FOR DOCUMENTS VERIFIED REGISTERED CANDIDATES

ITI Admission Notification for Registered Candidates who have got their documents verified

The candidates who have got their names registered for Admission into Govt ITI's and their documents already verified should carefully note the following points and should strictly adhere to it.

Note:

1. Candidates can fill their choices of Trades and ITI's according to their preference. The first round of choice filling starts from 30th June, 2018 to 3rd July, 2018                                                     
2. Allotment of seats will be done against the various round of choice filling done by candidates/students                                                                                                                              
3. Candidates should take admission only in thier alloted seats lest their candidature will be treated as cancelled and will be barred from participating further in the admission process                      
4. If the candidate after taking admission wishes to freeze his/ her seat then the option of upgradation of the seat cannot be availed by the candidate. If he/ she does not freeze their admitted seat then the seat will be upgraded as per the choice filling done by the candidate. Here the candidate has to take admission in the new upgraded seat as the earlier alotted/ admitted seat  will get cancelled                                                                                                                                              
5. The candidates who will be alloted seats should go to alloted ITI for admission along with original documents and allotment letter on the scheduled dates for admission                                
6. Any changes or updates will be notified in the portal https://itiassam.nic.in/asamitisysreg/Candidate/Default.aspx
