Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kokrajhar has published a recruitment notification for  preparing a panel of contractual/ part-time teachers/Vocational Instructors/ Educational Counsellors for the session 2022-23 on the basis of walk in interview for the post of PGT in Biology, Mathematics & Physics, PGT in Computer Science, PRT, Part-Time Computer Instructor, Yoga Instructor and educational counsellor.

KV KOKRAJAHR RECRUITMENT 2022

1. PGT in Biology, Mathematics & Physics

Qualifications: 

Essential 1. Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M. Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; 

OR 

Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: a) PGT (Biology) - Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/Bio Technology/ Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level. 

b) PGT (Maths) Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics c) PGT (Physics)–Physics / Electronics/Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics.

2. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university 

3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media. 

Desirable : Knowledge of computer applications.

Salary: 32500/- pm

2. PGT in Computer Science

Qualification:

Essential: At-least 50 % marks in aggregate in any of the following:

1. B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the Govt. of India. 

OR 

B.E or B. Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from recognized University. 

OR 

M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University. 

OR 

B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University. 

OR 

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University. 

OR 

‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject.

OR 

‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation. 

2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English 

Salary: 32500/- pm

3. PRT 

Qualification:

Essential: 1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) 

OR 

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) 

OR 

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) 

2.Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the Govt. of India. 

 

3. Proficiency to teach through Hindi & English media 

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. 

Salary: 26250/- pm

3. Part-Time Computer Instructor

Qualification:

Essential: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Sc(Computer Science)/M.Sc(Electronics with computer Science)/M.Sc(IT)/BSc (Computer Science) 

OR 

Bachelors/Masters Degree in any Science subject /Mathematics with PG diploma in Computer Application. 

OR 

PG in any subject with PGDCA from Govt. recognized University/’O’ level from DOEACC. 

OR 

PG in any subject with minimum ‘A’ level from DOEACC.

Salary: 31250/- pm

4. Part-Time Yoga Instructor

Qualification;

Essential: 1. Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized university 2. One year training in Yoga from a recognized Institution

Salary: 26250/- pm

5. Part-Time Educational Counsellor

Qualification:

Essential: 1. B.A/B.Sc.(Psychology) with Certificate of Diploma in Counseling 

Desirable: Minimum of One Year Experience in Providing Career/Educational Counselling to students at schools 

OR 

Working knowledge and experience in Placement Bureaus 

OR 

Registration with rehabilitation Council of India as Vocational Counsellor

Salary: 31250/- pm

Note: 

1. The post of Computer Instructor/Yoga Instructor/Educational Counsellor is likely to be filled on part-time contractual basis and payment will be made on proportionate basis.

2. RELAXATION IN CTET/B.Ed: In the absence of CTET/B.Ed qualified candidates, candidate without CTET/B.Ed qualification may be considered if otherwise eligible as per KVS recruitment rule.

Age limit: Minimum and Maximum age limit shall be 18 and 65 years respectively

Date of walk in interview: 

a) Friday, 4 March 2022, 9 am: PGT (Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics & Physics) /Computer Instructor /Educational Counsellor  

b) Saturday, 5 March 2022, 9 am: PRT / Yoga Instructor

How to apply: Candidates interested in attending the interview are compulsorily required to fill in the Google Form and submit it on or before 28.02.2022.

Candidates should report with all original certificates and one set of self-attested copies of all relevant documents along with one passport size photograph at 09.00 a.m.

Applicants should download the Bio-data form uploaded on the website, fill in with all relevant information and submit them at the Registration counter while reporting for the interview.
