Director of Medical Education, Assam has issued a circular for recruitment of 257 posts of Grade-III (Technical) vacancies under the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam and different Medial colleges and Hospitals as well as Dental Colleges, Nursing Colleges, Paramedical Institutes, tec. of the State under the establishment of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam.

1. Anaesthetic Technician- 6 posts

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc.) with Diploma in Anaesthesia Technician Course (or equivalent) from Govt. recognized Institute

2. Artist- 3 posts

Educational Qualification: HSSLC passed with Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts from recognized Institute

3. Assistant Physiotherapist- 1 post

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma of Physiotherapy from Govt. recognized Institute

4. Basic Health Inspector- 4 posts

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Community Health/Social Science and Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute. Candidate with experience in Govt./Public Sector shall be preferred

5. Blacksmith- 1 post

Educational Qualification: ITI passed certificate/NCVT certificate in Black Smithy

6. Boiler Operator- 1 post

Educational Qualification: Certificate/ITI diploma in Boiler Operator from a recognized Institute

Educational Qualification: ITI passed certificate/ NCVT certificate in TV Mechanic

Educational Qualification: HSSLC or equivalent with Diploma/training certificate in EPABX

52. Vocational Counselor- 1 post

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Vocational Counseling or equivalent from a recognized institute

53. X-ray Technician- 2 posts

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc.) or equivalent with Radiography Technician certificate course or equivalent from any Medical Colleges of Assam/recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam

54. Yoga Therapy Instructor- 2 posts

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc.) with Diploma in Yoga Therapy course from a Govt. recognized Institute

Age limit: 18 to 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application.

Upper Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD.
