The Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara has published a notification for 24 posts of Lot Mandal recruitment in DC Office, Goalpara 2022. Interested and eligible candidates who are domiciled in Assam may apply.

Name of the post: Lot Mandal

Total post: 24 (UR-7, UR (PWD)- 1, OBC/MOBC-1, SC-1, STP-2, STH-3, EWS-6)

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/-PM and Grade Pay Rs. 6,200/- pm

Age: 18 to 40 years of age as on 01-01-2021. The upper age relaxation for SC & ST candidate is upto 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is upto 43 years.

Educational qualification: 

(a) The candidate must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent examination. 

(b) The candidate must possess a valid 6(six) months RCCC training passed certificate from Assam Surveys & Settlement training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati. 

(c) The candidate having a minimum 6(Six) months diploma/ certificate in Computer proficiency from a recognized Institute may be given preference.

(d) Preference will be given for absorption of 08(eight) nos. of Additional Mondals who are working in the settlement operation in Goalpara district as per order dated 11.12.2017 passed by the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court in WP(C) No. 8004/2015 and also instruction issued by the Rev. & D.M.(LR) Deptt., Dispur vide letter No. RLR.15/2015/29, dated 31.05.2018 and O.M. No. RLR.92/95/Pt.-1/104, dated 23-09-2013, if they apply through proper channel.

Selection procedure: Candidates of all categories will have to appear in Witten Test. Successful candidates from Written Test for the post of Lot Mondal will have to appear in Hands on Computer test, date of which will be informed to the candidates during the time of Written Tact

How to apply: The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara and should be submitted in the RKG Branch, office of the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara. 

Application should be sent either through post or to be delivered by hand in the drop box kept for the purpose in the RKG Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara, PO: Baladmari, Pin No.-783121. Post applied for should be superscribed on the sealed envelope.

Candidates already in Govt. Service may apply through proper channel.

Documents to be enclosed with the application: 

a. Self attested copies of all Certificates / Mark Sheets in support of educational qualifications, 6(six) months RCCC training passed certificate and other required qualifications. Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. 

b. 3 (three) copies of Self Attested Recent Coloured Passport Size Photographs (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form). 

c. The applicant shall furnish their Mobile Number, WhatsApp number and mail ID (if any) on the Application Form for smooth communication of information relating to the conduct of examination.
