State Bank Of India, SBI Apprentice recruitment 2021: SBI has released a notification for the recruitment of 6,100 Apprentices under the Apprentice Act 1961. Interested candidates may apply online.

Name of the post: Apprentice

Duration: 1 year

Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- pm

Other benefits: Weightage/ Relaxation in recruitment of Junior Associates will be given to the apprentices who have successfully completed the Apprenticeship training in our Bank.

Age limit: 20 to 28 years as on 31.10.2020 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.11.1992 and not later than 31/10/2000 (both days inclusive). Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. 

Educational qualification: Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute as on 31-10-2020.

Selection process: 1. Online written test 2. Test of local language (Assamese/Bengali/ Bodo)

Structure of online written (objective type) test:

1. General/Financial Awareness- 25 marks 

2. General English- 25 marks

3. Quantitative Aptitude- 25 marks 

4. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude- 25 marks

Negative marking: 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Examination centres in Assam: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Jorhat, Silchar & Tezpur

Application fee:

• Gen/OBC/EWS: Rs. 300/-
• SC/ST/PWD: Nil
