The applicants who had appeared in the Bodoland University B.Ed. and M.Ed. entrance test 2020 held on 8 November, 2020 have been anxiously waiting for their results as their selection in the merit list will give them the right to apply for admission in B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses under Bodoland University which will eventually give them opportunities to appear in various competitive exams like State Teacher Eligibility Test (Assam TET), Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) etc.

This year the entrance test was held for a total of 600 seats of which 550 seats are available for B.Ed. course and the remaining 50 seats are reserved for M.Ed. course.

It may be mentioned that every year Bodoland University conducts entrance examination for admission into B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses for its affiliated B.Ed. colleges and institutes.

There are 7 institutes under Bodoland University where B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses are available. The names of the institutes and its intake capacity are given below:

• DIET Morigaon- 100 seats
• DIET Nalbari- 50 seats
• DIET Barpeta-Howly-50 seats
• DIET Bongaigaon-50 seats
• Government College of Teachers’ Education (GCTE), Kokrajhar-100 seats & 50 seats are reserved for M.Ed.
• Raimale Academy College (B.Ed.) -100 seats
• Gossaigaon B.Ed. College-100 seats
