NHM Assam Recruitment for 429 posts of Arogyamitra and Pradhan Mantri Arogyamitra

National Health Mission, Assam on behalf of Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society (AAAS), Assam invites online applications for the following vacancies under AAAS, Assam for engagement on purely Contractual Basis under the payrolls of AAAS, Assam.

1. Name of the post: Arogyamitra under Atal Amrit Abhiyan scheme

Total post: 60

2. Name of the post: Pradhan Mantri Arogyamitra under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana scheme

Total post: 369

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass in Science Stream.

Age: Below 30 years as on 01-01-2020.

Other Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Assamese, English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of computer.
• Employment Exchange Registration number. 
• Experience in Health Sector will be preferable.

Selection Criteria:

1. Eligible candidates based on the above eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on a marking pattern of a total 100 marks. 

2. Maximum of 50 marks will be allotted on academic performance and experience as per the following marking pattern - 

1. HSSLC (Science) Examination 

• 70% and above - 30 Marks
• 50% to 69.90% - 20 Marks
• 35% to 49.90% - 10 Marks

2. Experience in Health Sector 

• Experience more than 5 years - 20 Marks.
• Experience 1-5 years - 10 Marks.
• Fresher - 0 marks

3. The balance 50 marks will be allotted through the Personal Interview.

Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs. 20,000/- per month. Over and above the remuneration, incentive @ Rs.30/- per pre-auth with a capping of Rs.10,000/- per month. 

Job posting: In any of the empanelled hospitals across India.
