Applications in the standard form are invited from the eligible and interested candidates for recruitment to the following on contractual basis in the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21. 

Name of the Post: Accounts Assistant

Total Post: 2 

Educational Qualification: Commerce graduate having minimum 60% of marks and must have a diploma in Computer Education from the Govt. recognized institutions. The candidate having passed in CA (intern) or equivalent and having Assamese as one of the subject in HSLC or equivalent examinations will get extra weightage. 

Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in any of the Govt/ Private organization in the field of Accounts. He/ She must have knowledge in Tally/ERP and Excel. 

Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on 01-01-2020

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000/- per month (with a provision for annual increment and DA as admissible). 

Marking Pattern of the interview: 

a) HSLC (10th): 10 marks 

b) HSSLC (12th): 10 marks 

c) Graduation: 10 marks 

d) Diploma in computer 

I. For Grade A: 5 marks 

II. For Grade B: 3 marks 

III. For Grade C: 1 mark 

e) Experience in Tally: 10 marks 

f) Experience in Excel: 10 marks 

g) Computer practical knowledge test: 30 marks 

h) Viva-voce: 15 marks 

i) Extra Weightage: 20 marks

How to apply: Candidates have to apply in Standard form with all necessary self-attested copies of the educational qualification documents from HSLC/AHM (10th) examination onwards, along with experience certificates and necessary fees and send to the Secretary Board of Secondary Education, Assam, Guwahati-21.

Application Fees: Rs 200/- in favour of Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Assam either through Demand Draft of any nationalized bank payable at Guwahati or through Challan of the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank, Bamunimaidam Branch, Guwahati (Challan available in the SEBA office) payable at Assam Cooperative Apex Bank, SEBA complex.
