The Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Caste invites applications from the Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers of Assam for grant of subsidized Paddy Reaper Machine (Walk Behind Type) for the welfare of the farmers.

Of late the Government of Assam has been taking several welfare measures for the benefit of SC farmers to upgrade their socio-economic condition as well as for the development of the State.

Paddy Reaper Machine helps in the reaping of paddy in a very short time in comparison with the traditional hand cutting method.
