NERIE, Shillong B.Ed. Admission Notification 2020-22

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates who are domiciles of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Assam, Nagaland to appear in Common Entrance Examination- CEE 2020 for admission to 2-year regular B.Ed course at North East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE), Shillong.

The details are given below:

Name of the Course: 2-year regular B.Ed course

Total Seats: 50

Eligibility: 50% marks in Bachelor's degree and/or in Master's degree in Science/ Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor's degree and/ or in the Master's degree in Social Science/ Humanities/ Commerce (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates).

Examination Centres: 

1. Gangtok: For the candidates of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim 

2. Jorhat:  For the candidates of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim 

3. Umiam (NERIE): For the candidates of Meghalaya

4. Guwahati: For the candidates of Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Assam 

5 Silchar: For the candidates of Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Assam

Fee Structure (for Common Entrance Examination): 

a. General/OBC: Rs.1,000/- 

b. SC/ST: Rs.500/- 

c. PwD: Rs.500/-
