The Managing Director of Assam Electronics Development Corpn. Ltd. (AMTRON) has published an official notification regarding registration and subsequent distribution of "Anundoram Borooah Award" to the students of the Assam who have secured Star Marks and above in the HSLC/ High Madrassa Examination/ F.M. Examination and Sanskrit Pali & Pravesika Examination, Assam during the year 2019.

The Education (Secondary) Deptt., Govt. of Assam will shortly distribute the "Anundoram Borooah Award 2018" for which the eligible students have to register themselves online through the portal http://arbas.assam.gov.in.

About the Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme:

The Education (Secondary) Deptt., Govt. of Assam, every year confers the "Anundoram Borooah Award" to the meritorious students of the State to those who have secured Star Marks and above in the HSLC/ High Madrassa Examination/ F.M. Examination and Sanskrit Pali & Pravesika Examination in recognition to their hard work and to boost their morale to uplift their competitive spirit and also to inspire the younger students to work hard.

Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme Package 2019:

• Citation in form of a Certificate.
• A Laptop Computer.
• Internet Connectivity through 3G/4G device with 2 (Two) years subscriptions.
• Books on all subject as per NCERT course in PDF format.
• Digital Content (2D/3D Animation, Audio/ Video ) for each stream.
• Online Coaching and Score Improvement System (OLCSIS) for Science Students.

Eligibility of Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme 2019:

The Students securing Star Mark and above in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination/ High Madrassa Examination/ F.M Examination and Sanskrit Pali & Pravesika Examination, Assam during the year 2019 are eligible for the Scheme.

How to Apply for Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme 2019:

All qualifying students who are qualified to avail the award have to register online through the portal http://arbas.assam.gov.in. The applicant will have to upload the following:

• Pass Certificate duly attested and countersigned by the Head of the Institution from which the applicant passed out in PDF file format.
• A self-attested passport size photograph of the applicant in JPG file format.

Important Dates:

• Online Registration Starts: 06-11-2019 
• Online Registration Ends: 25-11-2019 till 5 PM
