Applications are hereby invited in standard form from intending candidates for filling up the following vacant posts under the establishment of District and Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh at Naharkatia Sub-Division.

1. Name of Post:  Process Server

Total Post: 1 (UR)

Qualification: VIII passed

Scale of Pay: Pay Band- Rs. 14000-60500+ Rs. 5200

2. Name of Post:  Office Peon

Total Post: 1 (EWS)

Qualification: VIII passed

Scale of Pay: Pay Band- Rs. 12000-52000+ Rs. 3900

3. Name of Post:  Chowkidar

Total Post: 1 (UR)

Qualification: VIII passed

Scale of Pay: Pay Band- Rs. 12000-52000+ Rs. 3900

Terms and conditions: 

1. Candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. 

2. Candidate serving in Govt. Department should submit their applications through proper channel. 

3. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the aforesaid posts. Candidates having special skills and having experience of working in Government Offices will be given preference. 

4. Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age on the date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age is relaxable is as per Rules. 

5. The application with self attested copies of all testimonials regarding education qualification, age, caste, Income & Asset certificate in case of EWS etc. along with three copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate should reach the Office of the undersigned. 

6. Last date for receipt of application is 31/10/2019. No application will be entertained after the last date. The appointing authority shall not be responsible under any circumstances for postal delay. 

7. Candidates intending to apply for different post shall submit separate applications. 

8. Envelope containing application should indicate the name of the post applied for on the top in block letters as – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________” and address to the District and Sessions Judge, O/o The District and Sessions Judge, Near Phoolbagan, In front of Central Jail, Dibrugarh-786001. 

9. The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for written test followed by viva-voce. 

10. The list of eligible candidates along with specific dates of interview shall be uploaded in the official website of Dibrugarh District Judiciary in due course. (www.dibrugarhjudiciary.gov.in). No separate call letters will be issued.
