Subjects:

1. Assamese- 1 (one) post: Unreserved, having Specialization in Language (B-Gp)

2. Economics- 1 (one) post: Reserved for OBC/MOBC, having Specialization in Mathematical Economics & Econometrics.

3. Education- 1 (one) post: Unreserved- Open

4. English- 3 (three) posts: Unreserved-2 (two), Reserved for SC-1(one) Specializations - Literature 2 (two), Linguistics 1 (one)

5. Commerce- 2 (two) posts: Unreserved 1 (one), Reserved for OBC/MOBC 1 (one) Specializations – 1 (one): candidate must have Accountancy as Major Course in Degree level, 1 (one) candidate must have Finance/ Banking as Major Course in Degree level.

Qualification: Candidates must possess the latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/ SST or Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC regulation 2009 (excluding the candidates obtaining Ph. D degree from off campus). 

Age: Not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2019 (relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.)
