Applications are invited for engaging suitable candidate for one position of Research Associate Climate Change outreach program purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one (1) year.

Name of the Post: Research Associate- II

Nature of Work: Plan and execute outreach programmes for Capacity building and public awareness on Climate Change related issues, Proposal development for the cell on Capacity Building

Qualification/Experience: 

Essential: 

1. First Class or Equivalent Grade Bachelor Degree in Science/ Degree in Geography for Arts Graduates 

2. PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism 

3. Three (3) years of experience in carrying out outreach programmes / Trainings, Workshops, etc. in the field of environment and forest, climate change and science and technology

Desirable: 

1.Working experience in government sector/ NGO’s/ Donor agencies /Research Institutes 

2.Work experience in climate issues / Gender issues 

3.Experience in Office administration

Remuneration: Rs. 38,000/- pm + HRA @10% shall be payable
