Applications are invited from eligible candidates within the age limit of 18 years to 44 years as on 01-01-2019 relaxation of age for SC/ST candidates as per existing Rules will be admissible for filling up the following posts in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat and shall be posted at office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat and office of the S.D.J.M. (M) Bokakhat.

Pay Scale: Rs. 12000-37500, GP Rs. 3900 

3. Name of the Post: Chowkider

Total Post: 1

Educational Qualification: Class VIII

Pay Scale: Rs. 12000-37500, GP Rs. 3900

How to Apply: 

1. The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part–IX. A candidate will have to submit 4 (four) copies of recent passport size photograph and the testimonials of his/her Age, Caste, Educational Qualification etc. along with the filled up application form, in photocopy attested by a Gazetted Officer. Candidates will have to produce those testimonials in original, in the event of being selected for interview. Failing which, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected and the next eligible candidate from the merit list will be considered. The candidate shall apply for one post only. 
2. Candidate shall submit one self addressed and stamped envelope affixing stamp of Rs. 10/-alongwith the application.

Date of Written Test: 04-08-2019 and the Admit Cards will be issued to the candidates whose applications will be considered for selection. Admit Card may be collected from the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate on working days within Office hours from 29-07-2019 till 03.08.2019

Where to submit the application: Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat, PIN 785621, Assam” through post or may be dropped in the “Drop Box” Labelled as “Drop Box for Applications” to be kept at the premise of Office of the undersigned within the stipulated time
