PRINCIPAL JUDGE, FAMILY COURT DHUBRI RECRUITMENT 2019: RECORD ARRANGER/ PROCESS SERVER/ PEON/ CHOWKIDER POSTS

Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhubri Recruitment 2019


Applications in Standard Form are invited from Indian Citizens as defined under Articles -5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following vacant posts in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Dhubri.

1. Name of the Post: Record Arranger
Total Post: 1 [UR]
Qualification: Class-VIII passed
Salary: Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-


2. Name of the Post: Process Server
Total Post: 2 [UR]
Qualification: Class-VIII passed
Salary: Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-



3. Name of the Post: Peon/Attached Peon
Total Post: 2 [UR]
Qualification: Class-VIII passed
Salary: Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-, + GP Rs. 3,900/-


4. Name of the Post: Chowkidar
Total Post: 1 [UR]
Qualification: Class-VIII passed
Salary: Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-, + GP Rs. 3,900/-


Age Limit: 18-43 years of age as on 01-5-2019. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and persons with disabilities.


How to Apply: Candidates should apply in Standard Form. The application/s should be accompained by self attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, valid Employment Exchange Registration Card etc. along with 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.

Candidates must enclose one self addressed envelope of 11 cm x 25 cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only along with their applications.


Last Date:14-06-2019 till 5.00 PM for which a "Drop Box" will be manintained in the Office of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhubri -Cum-Chairperson, Selection Board. No application will be entertained after the last date.


Selection Process: The selection process for the aforesaid categories of posts will consist of two stages:

1. Written Examination (70 marks) &

2. Interview/ Viva-Voce (30 marks).


Terms & Conditions: 

1. Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Higher Secondary) or above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post/s. Candidates possessing special skill or experience shall be given preference on need basis.

2. Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration number along with the date must be mentioned in their application/s.

3. A candidate applying for more than one post shall have to submit separate application against each post.

4. The Departmental candidates shall have to apply through proper channel as per the procedure.

5. All the documents submitted along with the application/s should be mandatorily self-attested.

6. Concealment of educational qualification, age, date of birth etc. will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidate, even if provisionally selected, without any intimation.
