Applications are invited on "Standard Form" from the candidates who are citizens of India willing to work in the field of Disability & Rehabilitation for engagement on purely contractual basis in the following posts in District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) Tezpur.     

1. Accountant cum Clerk cum Storekeeper

Qualification: B.Com

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

2. Mobility Instructor

Qualification: HSLC + Certificate in O &M Instr.

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

3.Field and Publicity Assistant

Qualification: Any Graduate

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

4. Vocational Counselor cum Computer Assistant

Qualification: Any Graduate

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

5. Multipurpose Rehabilitation Worker

Qualification: 10+2 with Diploma in CBR/ MRW or 1 year diploma course in early childhood special education with 2 years experience.

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

6. Prosthetist & Orthotist Technician

Qualification: ITI with 2/3 years of experience

Pay: Rs. 17,400/- pm

7. Sr.Prosthetist/ Orthotist 

Qualification: Degree in Prosthetic & Orthotic or Diploma in Prosthetic & Orthotic with 6 years experience.

Pay: Rs. 24,600/- pm

8. Clinical Psychologist

Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/ MA in Psychology with 2 years experience in the field of disability rehabilitation

Pay: Rs. 24,600/- pm

Age: 18-43 years as on 01-01-2019 the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in reserve category for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC

How to Apply: Candidates should apply in Standard form and the application should be sent through Speed post to the"Officer-In-Charge, DDUC Tezpur, Agnigarh Path, Near D.M.Bunglow, Sonitpur. Pin-78400 1, Assam". 

Following documents to be submitted along with the application:

a) All mark sheets and pass certificate with computer knowledge.

b) HSLC admit card or birth certificate for age proof.

c) RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration number is mandatory for Rehabilitation Professional/ personnel(Sl. No. 1 to 4)

d) 2 copies of recent passport size photograph duly self attested.

e) Employment Exchange registration number

f) Email ID and contact number of the candidate must be enclosed with the application form.
