• Domicile: Candidates must be domicile of ASSAM, MEGHALAYA, MANIPUR, TRIPURA, NAGALAND, SIKKIM, WEST BENGAL, ARUNACHAL PRADESH, MIZORAM AND THE UNION TERRITORY OF ANDAMAN & NICOBAR ISLANDS.
