Applications in standard form (as published in “The Assam Gazette Part-IX) are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Librarian accompanied by bio-data and supported by self attested copies of all testimonials along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) drawn in favour of Principal, Bahona College payable at Assam Cooperative Apex Bank, Jorhat Branch.

Name of the Post: Librarian

Qualification: As per Govt. Guideline vide O.M. No. AHE.407/2017/44 dated 08.11.2018 (available in DHE and college website).

Salary: UGC Scale of Pay (Academic Level 10) of Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400/- p.m. and other allowances as per rule.

Age: Below 38 years on 01-01-2019, relaxable for SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H)/ OBC/ MOBC/ PWD as per Govt. rule in force.

Last Date: 15-02-2019 till 4.00 p.m.

Note: Candidates must know local language and must have as Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC). In service candidates must apply through proper channel. Incomplete application shall be rejected
