Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)- National Eligibility Test (NET)- II 2018 Examination Notification

ICAR-NET 2018 NOTIFICATION: The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has published the official notification for conducting the ICAR- NET (II) -2018. According to the official notification, the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will be holding the ICAR- NET (II) -2018 Examination from 27th December to 31st December, 2018. The examination might be extended to January, 2019 depending on the number of candidates in Online mode at 34 centres across India.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Educational Qualification:  Master's Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline and specialization completed on or before 31-12-2018. 
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years as on 01-07-2018 (No upper age limit).

Number of Attempts: There is no restriction on the number of attempts for appearing in the NET.

Application Fee: Fee must be paid online as per the figures mentioned below-

• UR- Rs. 1000/-
• OBC- Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST/Divyang/Women: Rs. 250/-

How to Apply: Candidates must apply through online mode in the prescribed application form available on the website http://www.asrb.org.in and http://www.icar.org.in

Important Dates:

• Starting of Online Registration: 09-11-2018
• Closing of Online Registration: 29-11-2018
• Date of Examination: 27-12-2018 to 31-12-2018
