The District Commandant, Home Guards, Goalpara through a notification has invited applications from the intending trained Home Guard Volunteers having validity for engagement or deployment under various agencies in Chirang, Bongaigaon and Goalpara Districts of Assam on 01-12-2018 for 8 posts, 9 posts and 11 posts respectively totalling 28 posts  and for engagement under the jurisdiction of the Superintendent of Police of  Chirang, Bongaigaon and Goalpara Districts of Assam for 60 posts, 60 posts and 33 posts respectively totalling 153 posts for 6 months.
