The Directorate of WPT & BC, Assam desires to provide an opportunity to intending candidates for rendering voluntary service as Warden of ST Girls Hostel located at Chatri Nivas Path, Rukmini Nagar, Guwahati-6 to shape the future of 150 Nos of ST (P), hostel boarders belonging to various district of Assam.



1. Name of the Post: Hostel Warden


Eligibility Criteria: The applicant should be a female employed as professor/Asst. Professor/Teacher or employed in a reputed Educational institution preferably in Govt.institution.


Salary: Nil (as the engagement is voluntary in nature).


Other Facilities to be provided: Free furnished accommodation will be provided to the Warden in a
three bedroom RCC flat within the premises of the ST (P) Govt. Girl’s Hostel. Free electricity and running water facility.


How to Apply: Applicant willing to apply for the service is requested to meet the Director, WPT & BC for walk-in interview on or before 25-09-2018 between 11.00 A.M to 3.00 P.M in person with their credentials.


Note: 

  1. The applicant must be willing to render her service as Warden at any time without compromising her salaried duty.
  2. The appointment will be purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason or issuing any notice thereof.
