Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd (AYCL) Recruitment 2018 of Welfare Officer and Diploma Engineer Trainee

Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd (AYCL) invites applications from eligible and intending candidates in the prescribed application form for recruitment of 2(two) posts of Welfare Officer in Grade E1 in the Tea Division of the Company and 4 (four) posts of Diploma Engineer Trainee in the Engineering Division, Kalyani Works of the Company.

1. Name of the Post: Welfare Officer – Tea Division

Total post: 02

Location: Assam/West Bengal Gardens

Eligibility Criteria:

1. For West Bengal Garden: Graduate with advanced certificate in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare with 02 to 03 years post qualification experience within the age limit of 30 years. Candidate must be qualified in terms of West Bengal Plantation (Welfare Officer) Rules, 1979 including the viva-voce test conducted by a Board constituted by the Labour Department of the State Government.                                                                              
2. For Assam Garden: Graduate with 02 to 03 years post qualification experience within the age limit of 30 years. Candidate with advanced certificate in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare will be given preference. 

Age limit: 30 years as on 01-08-2018

Scale of Pay: Rs. 16,400-3%-40,500

2. Name of the Post: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Total post: 04

Location: Kalyani, West Bengal

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) with 60% in Madhyamik and overall 70% marks in Diploma Engineering. For candidate passing in 2018, 70% marks is required up to 5th Semester of Diploma Engineering. Candidates who have already passed in 2017 and those who are going to pass in 2018 are only eligible to apply for the above-mentioned post.

Age limit: 24 years as on 10-09-2018. 

Consolidated Stipend: For 02 years Rs.26,006/-
