Assam State Textbook Production and Publication Corporation Limited a Govt. of Assam undertaking), Guwahati has published a notification for recruitment of 9 Posts in various capacities viz. Manager (Finance & Accounts), Internal Auditor, Accountant, Manager Production, Assistant Manager Production, Manager Commercial, Deputy Academic Officer. 1. Name of the Post: Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Total Post: 01

Qualification: M.Com preferably with C.A. Intermediate

Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience at the level of Deputy Manager (F&A) in other PSUs/Govt. Deptt. with knowledge of Tally accounting and Income Tax matters and conversant with all State Govt./State PSU rules, expertise in Company matters, Corporate law and statutory provisions

Age: Minimum 49 yrs. Maximum 55 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000-1,10,000 + GP – Rs. 13,900/- 

2. Name of the Post: Internal Auditor 

Total Post: 01

Qualification: M.Com with Advance Accountancy and Auditing in B. Com course

Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of accounts and audit in Govt./PSU/ reputed private accounting firm. Proficiency in Tally and working in computerised accounting environment is must and conversant with all State Govt./State PSU rules, expertise in Company matters, Corporate law and statutory provisions

Age: Minimum 35 yrs. Maximum 45 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000-87,000 + GP – Rs. 9,100/-

3. Name of the Post: Accountant

Total Post: 01

Qualification: Commerce Graduate. Preferably Major in Accountancy

Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of accountancy in Govt. Dept./PSUs/reputed private accounting firms. Proficiency in working in computerised accounting environment is a must

Age: Minimum 35 yrs. Maximum 45 yrs. as on 01-04-2018 

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000-87,000 + GP – Rs. 9,100/-

4. Name of the Post: Manager Production 

Total Post: 01

Qualification: Degree in printing technology from Govt. recognised University/ institution

Experiences: Minimum 10 years experience in the field of printing in Govt./PSU/reputed private sector. Knowledge of Tally and working in computerized environment will be preferred

Age: Minimum 45 yrs. Maximum 50 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000-87,000 + GP – Rs. 10,900/-

5. Name of the Post: Assistant Manager Production

Total Post: 02

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in printing technology from Govt. recognised University/ institution

Experiences: Minimum 3 years experience in the field of printing in Govt./PSU/reputed private sector. Knowledge of Tally and working in computerized environment will be preferred

Age: Minimum 35 yrs. Maximum 45 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 + GP – Rs. 8,700/-

6. Name of the Post: Manager Commercial

Total Post: 01

Qualification: M.Com. Diploma in logistic management is preferable

Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of storage and marketing in Govt./ PSU/ reputed private sector organization as Deputy Manager. Knowledge of working in Computerized environment will be preferred

Age: Minimum 45 yrs. Maximum 50 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000-87,000 + GP – Rs. 10,900/-

7. Name of the Post: Deputy Academic Officer

Total Post: 02

Qualification: M.A. in one of the subjects like History, Geography, Pol. Sc. etc. or M.Sc. in any of the subject like Physics, Chemistry, Math etc. Diploma in Computer Application

Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of preparation of manuscript/ news items etc. Working experiences in reputed printing house/ newspapers will be preferred

Age: Minimum 35 yrs. Maximum 45 yrs. as on 01-04-2018

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000-87,000 + GP – Rs. 9,100/-
