Assam Bhawan, New Delhi Recruitment of Chowkidar and Room Bearers

Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi through a notification has invited applications from eligible and intending Indian citizens for filling up the following vacant posts in the office of the  Resident Commissioner, Government of Assam, Assam Bhawan, No. 1 Sardar Patel Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Assam Bhawan, New Delhi Vacancy Details

1. Name of the Post: Chowkidar

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VI Passed

Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000 - 37,500/- + GP. Rs. 3,900/- pm

Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 44 years as on 01-01-2018. Upper age is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3years in case of OBC/MOBC/PWD candidates respectively.

2. Name of the Post: Room Bearer

Total Post: 04 (UR, OBC/MOBC, SC & UR)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VI Passed

Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000 - 37,500/- + GP. Rs. 3,900/- pm

Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 44 years as on 01-01-2018. Upper age is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3years in case of OBC/MOBC/PWD candidates respectively.

Selection Procedure: Interview/ Viva-Voce

How to apply: Candidates should apply in Prescribed Standard Form as published in Part-IX of Assam Gazette. The application should be accompanied by the following-

1. Self-attested copies of all relevant documents and testimonials.
2. Three copies Self-attested recent PP size photographs (One signed copy to be pasted on the top right corner of the Application form and the other two copies signed on the reverse side of the photograph to be attached with the application).
3.  A self-addressed envelope affixing a postal stamp of Rs. 5/- must be enclosed along with the application.
