Applications from eligible candidates from Indian citizens are invited to fill up the following post in the establishment of Presiding Officer Member,  Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (MACT), Nalbari.

Qualification	Minimum Class 8 pass and HSLC passed or above are ineligible to apply
Age	Not less than 18 years and not more than 44 years as on date of advertisement as per Govt. rules

Important Notes:

• Application should be submitted in Standard Form along with self-attested copies of relevant academic testimonials with employment exchange registration card, age proof certificate, etc.
• 3 copies of recent passport size photographs should be enclosed with the application.
• One self-addressed envelope of size 5 inch x 11 inch by affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- with the application form should be enclosed.
• Candidates in service should apply through proper channel with NOC from the employer.
• Last date of receipt of application: 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement in newspaper as well as Nalbari District Judiciary Website: www.nalbarijudiciary.gov.in 
• The selection process will comprise of Interview/ Viva-Voce.
• Date and place of interview will be notified later on.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
