Central Institue of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar invites applications from eligible candidates for a Walk-in-interview for the following two (2)  nos. of posts in the ICSSR funded project entitled "Women Empowerment and Economic Development: A study on selected urban Parts of Kokrajhar District of Assam" under Dr. Pradip Brahmachary (Associate Professor) at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, CIT Kokrajhar.

1. Name of the Post: Research Associate

• Number of Post: 1 (One)
• Qualifications: MA (55%) with NET or MA (55%) with M. Phil / Ph. D
• Salary: Rs 16,000/- Per month Consolidated
• Duration: 1 (One) Year

2. Name of the Post: Research Assistant

• Number of Post: 1 (One)
• Qualifications: Ph. D / M. Phil / M.A. with min 55%
• Salary: Rs 13,000/- Per month Consolidated
• Duration: Six (6) Months

How to apply: Candidates have to appear in the Walk-in-Interview along with application and CV on plain paper giving details of all educational qualifications, experience, contact address, phone no., E-mail etc. and submit photocopies of relevant documents at the time of interview as per details above. Advance copy of CV may be sent to the Principal Investigator.

Selection Process: Based on the performance of the candidate in the interview.
