In cancellation of previous order No. CHR-EL-117/2016/26 dtd 18-02-2016 and in pursuance of Govt. letter No ELE-4/2008/Pt-III/24 dtd 16/03/2018, applications are invited in Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in part IX from eligible candidates for filling up of the following vacant posts sanctioned vide No ELE-4/2008/Pt-II/111 dtd 4/1/2016 for amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commisioner, Chirang as shown rules below against post.


1. Name of the post: Jr. Asstt. (1 Post)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized University along with dilpoma in English & Assamese type writing and six months diploma in Computer knowledge from Govt recognized institute. Candidate should have good working knowledge of office productivity tools of any operating system. (Word Processor, Spreadsheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet, email)
• Pay Scale: 14000-49000 GP-6200

2. Name of the post: EVM Godown Keeper (1 Post)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized University along with dilpoma in English & Assamese type writing and six months diploma in Computer knowledge from Govt recognized institute. Candidate should have good working knowledge of office productivity tools of any operating system. (Word Processor, Spreadsheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet, email)

•  Pay Scale: 14000-49000 GP-6200

3. Name of the post: EVM Godown Watchman (1 Post)

• Qualification: Class VIII passed
• Pay Scale: 12000- 37500 GP- 3800

4. Name of the post: Office Peon (1 Post)

• Qualification: Class VIII passed
• Pay Scale: 12000- 37500 GP- 3800

5.  Name of the post: Office Chowkider (1 Post)

• Qualification: Class VIII passed
• Pay Scale: 12000- 37500 GP- 3800
